Getting to Chancellor’s Village
From Downtown Fredericksburg: Head west on William Street (Route 3 Business). Continue for several miles as it becomes Route 3 West. Stay on Route 3 West, passing Central Park and surrounding shopping areas. Turn onto Chancellor’s Village Lane and follow signs into the community.
From Central Park / Spotsylvania Towne Centre: Get onto Route 3 West (Plank Road) toward Culpeper. Continue past the shopping district and commercial area. Turn onto Chancellor’s Village Lane, then follow the entrance into the community.
From I-95 (Exit 130 / Route 3 West): Take Exit 130 for Route 3 West toward Culpeper. Merge onto Route 3 West (Plank Road) and continue for several miles. Pass major intersections, including Central Park. Turn onto Chancellor’s Village Lane and continue straight into the community.
From South Fredericksburg (Route 1 Area): From Route 1 (Patriot Highway), head west toward Route 3. Merge onto Route 3 West and continue past downtown Fredericksburg and Central Park. Turn onto Chancellor’s Village Lane and follow signs to the entrance.
